Returns & Refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase you can return your item to Collectors Coins & Jewelry for up to 15 days for online purchases and 7 days for in-store purchases. All returns are subjected to a 5% restocking fee. Please note there will be NO returns on custom items. In-store purchased items may be subject up to a 10% restocking fee. Full price refunds will only be processed on full price purchases only, any discounted items will incur the same 10% restocking fee.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Collectors Coins & Jewelry, please follow these steps:

• Notify us about your intent to return by contacting the location it was purchased from.
• Indicate the reason for your return.
• Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
• Affix the pre-printed return label to the box.
• Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.
• Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
• All returns will be inspected before we can process a refund.
• We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
• Collectors Coins & Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
• Contact the location you purchased the item from.
